Loyalty Points

Earn points every time you order and redeem them for discounts. Our loyalty programme is free to join — simply create an account or sign in to start earning with your very first order.

How It Works

Our loyalty programme rewards you every time you order. Earn points on every completed order and redeem them for credit off future orders. It's simple, automatic, and free to join.

  1. 1Create an account or sign in to your existing Homa Eat account.
  2. 2Place an order as usual — points are earned automatically when your order is completed.
  3. 3Once you have enough points, redeem them at checkout for a discount on your next order.

Earning Points

You earn loyalty points based on the subtotal of your order (before fees and discounts).

  • You earn 1 point for every £1 spent on your order subtotal.
  • Points are rounded down to the nearest whole number (e.g. a £7.50 subtotal earns 7 points).
  • Points are awarded once your order is completed (delivered or collected).
  • Cancelled or refunded orders do not earn points.
  • Only registered members earn points — guest orders are not eligible.

Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 50-point welcome bonus when their first order is completed. This is a one-time reward to get you started.

Redeeming Points

Redeem your points at checkout for a discount on your order.

  • 100 points = £1.00 discount.
  • You can choose how many points to redeem each time — use some or all of your balance.
  • The maximum discount from loyalty points is 50% of your order subtotal.
  • Points are deducted from your balance at the time of order placement.
  • If you cancel an order where points were redeemed, the points will be refunded to your account.

Bonus Multipliers

From time to time, we may run promotional periods where you can earn bonus points at a higher rate (e.g. double points). These promotions will be announced on our website and are applied automatically — no action is needed on your part. The current earning rate is always shown at checkout.

Points Expiry

Points expire after 12 months of account inactivity. As long as you place at least one order within any 12-month period, your points balance will remain active. If your account is inactive for 12 consecutive months, your points balance may be reset to zero.

Checking Your Balance

You can view your current points balance and full transaction history at any time by visiting the Loyalty tab in your account page. Your balance and the equivalent monetary value are displayed there.

Terms & Conditions

  1. 1.The loyalty programme is only available to registered members. Guest orders do not earn or redeem points.
  2. 2.Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another account, or sold.
  3. 3.Points can only be redeemed against orders placed through the Homa Eat website.
  4. 4.We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the loyalty programme at any time without prior notice.
  5. 5.We reserve the right to adjust a member's points balance in the event of a system error, fraudulent activity, or abuse of the programme.
  6. 6.If your account is closed or terminated, any remaining points balance will be forfeited.
  7. 7.Refunded orders will have any earned points reversed. Redeemed points on cancelled orders will be returned to your balance.
  8. 8.We reserve the right to change the earning rate, redemption rate, maximum discount percentage, and expiry period at any time.
  9. 9.The loyalty programme cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion unless explicitly stated.
  10. 10.By participating in the loyalty programme, you agree to these terms and conditions.
